Terms and Conditions p62 Platform Malaysia

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "p62 Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all digital services operated under the p62 brand.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account on the p62 platform.
• "Account" refers to a user profile officially registered on the p62 platform, along with all associated balances, betting records, and personal information.
• "Balance" refers to the total real money held in a member's account, excluding any bonus funds or free credits that have not yet met the wagering requirement.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, cashback, or other promotional benefits granted by p62 to members.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wagering amount that must be completed before bonus funds can be converted into real money eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by p62 to ensure account security and legal compliance.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the p62 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration. p62 takes the protection of minors seriously and will conduct age verification checks when necessary.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia when using the p62 platform services.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or blacklist of any relevant regulatory body.
• Not an employee, agent, or representative of p62, or an immediate family member of any such staff.

3. Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the p62 platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using a real name, alias, or another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, active mobile number, and valid email address. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may be grounds for account closure without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. p62 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact p62 support immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

The p62 platform accepts deposits via supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account instantly upon receipt of bank confirmation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and may vary. Current limits can be viewed in the Deposit section of the p62 platform. p62 reserves the right to update these limits at any time without prior notice.

• All deposits must use a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's account is prohibited.
• P62 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
• Any deposit made with fraudulent intent or for the purpose of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• P62 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your financial institution may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your p62 account are processed to a Malaysia-registered bank account in your name. Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes after the application is approved, subject to completed KYC verification.

The withdrawal conditions that must be observed are as follows:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is permitted. Required documents include a copy of your valid MyKad or passport.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the p62 account holder.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• P62 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes for any withdrawal deemed unusual.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

P62 offers a variety of bonus programs for new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions stated on the respective promotion page.

The general rules applicable to all bonuses on the p62 platform are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts in accordance with the respective promotional terms.
• The wagering requirement must be fully met before any withdrawal involving bonus funds is permitted.
• P62 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or an attempt to manipulate the promotions system.
• Each bonus type may have different eligible game restrictions, claim time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.
• Players who use wagering strategies deemed as bonus abuse risk forfeiting the associated bonus and winnings.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the p62 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting, and table games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by an accredited third-party body. This ensures that the outcome of every game is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including p62 itself.

• Game outcomes generated by the system are considered final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a confirmed technical fault.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, p62 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the player.
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Sports Betting is subject to odds at the time of the match, and any odds changes before the bet is confirmed are beyond p62's responsibility.

8. Prohibitions & Account Suspension

P62 reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these terms is found. Actions that may result in account closure include:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning or operating more than one account on the p62 platform.
• Any activity suspected of involving money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems and infrastructure of the p62 platform.
• Use of bots, automated software, or unauthorized methods to play or claim bonuses.
• Systematic abuse of the promotions or bonus system.
• Fraud or unauthorized collusion between players in multiplayer games.

9. Security & Data Protection

P62 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all members' personal information. The p62 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers, ensuring sensitive information cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.

The collection, storage, and processing of members' personal data by p62 is subject to our separate Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). p62's commitments regarding data security include:

• Your personal data will not be sold, leased, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Access to account data is restricted to authorised p62 staff only, through a multi-layered access control system.
• All financial transactions are stored in a secure system and audited on a regular basis.
• P62 conducts regular cybersecurity testing to identify and address system vulnerabilities.

10. Responsible Gaming

The p62 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While p62 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or unexpected downtime.

P62 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by members.
• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions, device issues, or technical faults beyond p62's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages related to the use of the p62 platform.
• Actions by third parties including payment providers, game providers, or other parties outside p62's direct control.

12. Amendments & Termination

P62 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the p62 platform. Players will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the p62 platform following any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes arising are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
